ประวัติสมาคม

     สมาคมโรงงานผู้ผลิตมันสำปะหลัง ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ จดทะเบียนอย่างเป็นทางการวันที่ 16 กันยายน 2524 และดำเนินงานภายใต้พระราชบัญญัติสมาคมการค้า พ.ศ. 2509 สมาชิกสมาคมประกอบด้วย ลานมันเส้น โรงอัดมันเม็ดโรงแป้ง และ ผู้ประกอบการส่งออก ครอบคลุมพื้นที่ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือของประเทศไทย ซึ่งเป็นภาคที่มีปริมาณการผลิตมันสำปะหลังมากเป็นอันดับหนึ่งของผลผลิตโดยรวมทั้งประเทศ สมาคมฯ ได้ส่งเสริม และ ให้การสนับสนุนผู้ประกอบการค้ามันสำปะหลังทั้งระบบรวมถึงเกษตรกรเพื่อการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์มันสำปะหลังให้มีปริมาณและคุณภาพสูง โดยความรวมมือกับหน่วยงานภาคราชการและเอกชนตลอดจนผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องเพื่อประโยชนช์ร่วมกันของทุกฝ่าย

Background
North Eastern Tapioca Trade Association (NETTA) was established in 1981 and was ruled under the Trade Association
Act BE. 1966 NETTA’s memberships represent more than 330 members across North Eastern part of the country which
is the biggest growing tapioca area of the country. Major of it’s members are in tapioca related businesses such as
tapioca ship dryers, tapioca starch producers and exporters. 


NETTA serving it’s member by plays such key roles as:
        **helps members foster and strengthen the capacity and capability of their productivity (include R & D and
marketingto provide productivity promotion, training, and consultancy services to the public and private sectors
        **promotes cooperative relations among members for the purpose of enhancing productivity and business
development through networking 
        **facilitates the exchange of information on productivity among members

วัตถุประสงค์ของสมาคมฯ 

        1.ส่งเสริมสนับสนุน และ ให้ความช่วยเหลือผู้ประกอบกิจการวิสาหกิจในทางกสิกรรมอุตสาหกรรมและการค้าซึ่งมันสำปะหลังผลิตภัณฑ์จากมันสำปะหลังทุกประเภท
        2.ทำการวิจัยและส่งเสริมให้คำแนะนำและช่วยเหลือทางวิชาการแก่กสิกรผู้ผลิตหรืออุตสาหกรรมมันสำปะหลังให้มีปริมาณและคุณภาพสูงขึ้น
        3.ให้ความร่วมมือและติดต่อประสานงานซึ่งกันและกันระหว่างกสิกรผู้ผลิตหรือผู้ประกอบการอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตและผู้ค้ามันสำปะหลังให้เป็นผลดีแก่ทุกฝ่าย
        4.ส่งเสริมสามัคคีธรรมระหว่ามวลสมาชิก เช่น จัดให้มีการประชุมสโมสรสันนิบาต หรือพบปะสังสรรค์ เป็นการแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นซึ่งกันและกันเพื่อเป็นประโยชน์ต่อส่วนรวม
        5.ส่งเสริมการผลิตเพื่อให้สินค้ามันสำปะหลังมีปริมาณเพียงพอแก่ความต้องการของตลาดทั้งภายในประเทศและภายนอกประเทศ
        6.ทำความตกลงหรือวางระเบียบให้สมาชิกหรืองดเว้นปฏิบัติเพื่อให้การประกอบวิสาหกิจประเภทมันสำปะหลังได้
ดำเนินการไปได้ด้วยความเรียนร้อย
        7.เป็นอนุญาโตตุลาการประนีประนอมและตัดสินระหว่างข้อพิพาทด้วยกันและสมาชิกกับบุคคลภายนอกในการประกอบวิสาหกิจประเภทมันสำปะหลัง
        8.พยายามทุกวิถีทางในอันที่จะส่งเสริมมวลสมาชิกให้มีระดับฐานะและเกียรติยศชื่อเสียงที่ดี
        9.ส่งเสริมสนับสนุนการค้าผลิตภัณฑ์มันสำปะหลังเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายของรัฐบาล
        10.ให้ความร่วมมือและสนับสนุนสาธารณประโยชน์
        11.สมาคมนี้ไม่เกี่ยวกับการเมือง
